Before transitioning into the corporate world, Edward spent more than 13 years with Royston, Rayzor, Vickery & Williams as a senior litigation paralegal, investigator, and trial consultant. During that time, he helped prepare more than 200 cases for trial and supported attorneys with jury consulting, witness preparation, investigations, discovery management, and courtroom technology.
Edward has held senior ethics and compliance responsibilities at CITGO Petroleum Corporation, where his work has included developing a corporate fraud risk management program, overseeing third-party due diligence, conducting risk assessments, and supporting internal investigations.
His expertise includes litigation trial technology, jury consulting, anti-corruption, sanctions compliance, anti-money laundering, regulatory risk assessments, and corporate governance. He has worked closely with executive leadership, legal teams, and business units to strengthen compliance processes and internal controls.
